I'm trying to run windows tour, but my speakers are mute.
The speakers are working properly with other programs

Hi, Andrew.

Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | Tour Windows XP. You should see
a pop-up Welcome window with options to run the tour with or without
animation and sound.
