I connect with verizon dsl. every time i turn on computer my settings are different. Yes, I save them. How do I establish a non network connection to the Web that will sustain. I know about the wizards.

What settings?
Your IP? Likely you are getting a DHCP assigned IP from Verizon. You could
likely pay more for static.

Something else? A little more specifics or everyone trying to answer you
will be guessing what you are talking about. The Internet, and everything
concerned with it, is a BROAD topic. Heck, I could assume your porn site's
IP changed everytime you logged in and suggest a way to track it with the
amount of information given. heh

Well, if we start counting up all the settings that are available within
Windows, group policy, registry settings, application options, and so forth,
I'm sure the count would be up somewhere in the thousands. We don't have
time to guess what settings you are talking about.
