I recently started having trouble with RealOne and MusicMatch crashing my
XPProSP1 Dell system.
WinAmp and Windows Media Player work just fine.
Real.com come gave me some generic clean disk, defrag and empty hard drive
info that was no help.
I have installed all of the current drivers for my sound card, scsi (WD
120GB internal self installed) and the usual Windows updates.
I have uninstalled the stupid 811439 update that slowed my system to a
crawl.

Suggestions?

Bob

Yes, a suggestion for Real One that you probably won't like but uninstall
it. Personally, I avoid all Real products as much as possible. You can
attempt to manage the problems combing through the program's configuration
menus with a fine tooth comb. Disable Update (if allowed to) and start up
options for sure. Disable anything else that looks intrusive. Repeat for
MusicMatch.

Thanks. I did uninstall RealOne and MusicMatch.
I just don't like the fact that they used to work and no I can't figure out
why they don't.
