I recently purchased this computer. With my previous
computer, Windows ME, I had to install roadrunner
software using a disk. I went to install the roadrunner
software from the disk and when the program loaded and it
was checking the minimum system requirements an error
occurred. It stopped the installation, and I called
roadrunner. Apparently I didn't need the disk and I
connected to the internet without it. Now whenever I
boot or reboot the computer, in the initial stages as
soon as the icons appear on the screen I get an error
message saying "Virtual Truck unable to locate
F:\rrconnct.exe" F: is my cd drive. I think that there
is a restart program running on the computer constantly
that waits for restart to try installing the disk
software. I don't need any of the software from the disk
and just want the error and reboot software to stop.
Thank you for your time.

Open system properties,advanced,start-up,you should only have one
entry per user,if another exist delete it,notepad will work for that.
