Desktop screen and all viewable items turned up-side-down

Chose to increase the text size used on various Windows XP
screen by: Start, All Programs, Accessories,
Accessability, and Accessability Wizard. Upon completion
not only was my text increased in size but my desktop
screen and everything else turned up-side-down! How is
this possible and how can I get it back like it was? I
tried the System Restore but that didn't work. Is it a
video issue? I don't have a separate video card. Mine is
an onboard video. Thanks.

I'm responding to my own query here with the thought that it might aid others with the same dilemma. I have a Compaq Presario desktop with an XP operating system. After the screen turned upside down I called Compaq's help line (actually its Hewlett Packa
rd now). Their answer, which worked beautifully, was as follows: while holding all three keys down at the same time, do one of the following: 1) Ctrl + Shift + Up Arrow Key or 2) Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow Key
