Hi Elsie,
Disable System Restore then run the cleaner again (from Symantec, etc) in
safe mode. Norton only removes the files not the registry keys.

was running on win ME initially. Recently, i bought a new hard disk and
install XP in it and set the old hard disk to boot as slave. So now, my
norton antivirus detected this joke.hikaru, but can deleted it. How come? I
have already disable system restore on all hard disks.
