I'm going to upgrade to Windows XP from Window's Mileneum.
Can someone give me the link to download video and
soundcard drivers for Windows XP?

Without knowing what video and sound card you have we can't give you a link.
Drivers for video and sound are specific for your hardware, there's no
general downloadable drivers. The XP cd may already have what you need, but
the best place to get them is the computers, video cards, and/or sound
cards, website.

Be sure to backup all your important information and disconnect all
peripherals except the Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard before doing any major
upgrade.

Be sure to visit MS Windows Update site after download is complete and get
all the critical updates for your security and safety.

www.driverguide.com is a free site that has an extensive library of drivers for
many old and newer devices. They may have the ones you need.
