I have some personal data files I need to delete. When I click on the
folder after a reboot, the folder is not marked "read only", but after I
open it and do anything to the files inside, the files and folder get
marked read-only and I cant delete them. Changing the permissions from the
properties tab doesn't work.
How can I delete these files/folders without rebooting each time.
