OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Keep getting pop-up message; OE has encounted a problem
and needs to close.
Looked up Crash information--Says;
Sunday, Oct 5,2003
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe generated an
application error, was c0000006 at address 00E66)EI
(directdb)
I tried to go back to Friday and do a System restore but
is still doing it. Can you help me? I do receive my
emails but within a minute get the message and can't use
Outlook Express. Do I need to set up a new users
account? Its only on my email,my husbands OE is working
fine. Thanks

Create a new Identity, import mail and settings from the old, and see if
that cures it.
