View Full Version : Print Spooler Continuously needing restart

Since converting to XP, we've seen many odd printing
problems, that require the spooler to be reset, which then
makes all the problems subside for a time. We've applied
the HP beta drivers that took care of some of the
problems, but continue to see garbled fonts, fonts that
print to enormous sizes, or jobs that just never print.
I've found a few articles in MS Technet that state there
is a hot fix after SP3 that is supposed to deal with these
problems, but we've already moved to SP4. Any help would
be appreciated.

SP3 and SP4? Are you talking about Windows XP or Windows 2000?
