I forgot my Outlook Express identity password and now I
cannot access my email or do anything. Please HELP!

To solve the problem, visit the following site:

(Applicable for Windows XP also. Login as Administrator.)

1. Delete that identity.
2. Locate the store folder(can be found by click
tools---options---maintenance--store folder in outlook express)
3. Create new identity
4. use this identity to read messages

Hi Julie,

Your OE identities are listed here: Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\GUID

OE Password Reader sent via e-mail. If neither helps, extract your mail and
save.
