Does anyone have the fix for the TV tuner issue with
Windows XP? MS KB article 817589. I contact MS and they
say that because my copy of XP was OEM that I should talk
to HP and HP says that because the TV Tuner was 3rd party
and not part of the orignal system that I have to talk to
MS. It is crazy. The fix is available but I cannot get it.
