Epson Stylus Photo 960 Inkjet

I cannot get envelopes or half-sheet labels to print when
inserting on the right side of paper feed tray. If I use
a piece of 8'1/2 X 11" paper, the set-up and everything
is fine, but the printer prints on the left side. I am
using Word Perfect 9.0.0.883
