View Full Version : Print queue fills with "Dummy Documents"

I recently updated the driver for my Epson 820 (from
Epson's website) and now whenever I try to print from any
application, I get a pop-up window that says "This
document failed to print. Click here to open print queue".

When I open the print queue, I see that it is full of:
<<<***Epson EPAPI Dummy Document Data***>>>
statements.

I called Epson whose techs were useless - I could print
just fine with the old driver. I uninstalled the new
driver and re-installed the old, but the problem
persists. Epson said that it is a Windows issue. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,
JH
