Can't Print from webpages

Help I can't print webpages from my Grandmas Computer. I
can Print from programs though, but when I try to Print
something from a webpage it does'nt do anything. It is a
Lexmark Z65 and it has the latest drivers. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling LIKE Lexmark support said I
should do but that didn't work. I have checked the
connection but that didn't work. I have run out of ideas
so i would really like some help before my mom
EXPLODES!!! Does anyone have any ideas? System specs:
Dell Dimension 2350, WindowsXP Home Editon with service
pack one, 2.0 ghz intel pentium4, 50x cd-rom. I am realy
thankful for any help I get:)
