my browser on my computer

im tying toinstall my internet service but i can because
my internet provider says that somrthing is wrong with my
browser on my computer and i was told to come to this web
site and get i fixed for free of charge. i was told to
post my problem here and u would email me my anser or
somethinglike that.

We'll try to help you but you need to provide some details about your
problem - the more details you can provide, the better.

What is your browser doing? What should it be doing? Does it always
do this? What do you do just before it does this? How long has it
been doing this? Have you installed any software or made other
changes recently? Other details that you think of as you answer these
questions.

BTW, Is that your actual email address in your signature? Learn to
munge properly, to keep yourself a bit safer.
