How do I get the cool-looking shutdown menu back?

I recently reinstalled windows after yahoo messenger
totally freaked out, and now my shutdown menu is really
ugly, it has a dropdown menu instead of the nice looking
buttons that it used to have. Please email me if you know
how to change this back...

Control Panel/Users/Change the Way Users Logon/Welcome Screen or...

Start/Control Panel/Users/Change the Way users log on or off/Use Welcome
Screen and Use Fast User Switching.

Enable the Welcome Screen (Line 80)

You can activate the Welcome screen through Control Panel >> User Accounts
>> Change the way users log on or off and put a check next to "Use the
Welcome screen"
