I would like to connect my laptop running XP to my home PC running Win 98,
nothing fancy required, all I want to do is copy some large files over. I
seem to remember some time ago reading about a null modem cable that was
required to do this. My question is, will this work between the 2 different
op systems, and if so can someone point me to where I might get the
documentation to carry out this?

Regards

David
