when scrolling my screen moves so wavy

When I am scrolling my screen moves so wavy and I am also
having problem when opening my website....it takes forever
to come up.....I have install more RAM....I didn't have
any problem until now....at first it open the site with no
problem and fast but now it takes forever to come up....my
setting in display is on 1024 x 768 pixels - 32 bits...I
have used this before with no problem....any suggestion
what the problems may be? and how to fix it? Thanks!

'Wavy screen' updated yr video drivers? Thats what caused my similar
problem.
'Slow site' is this all sites or just the one? if all is another app
accessing yr connection?
