Is it possible to print or email from the clipboard?

HI,

Is it possible to print or email, or save someway that you can do these
things from the clipboard? I have XP windows home. I want to save/send it
but
can't find a way. Saving it to My Documents is still the clp. extension and
the person can't open it.

You must paste the contents of the clipboard into another application.... eg
Word or even Notepad, save the file as either txt or doc and then send the
file.
