TV Turner Freezes

My TV Tuner Card Freezes.

In reading Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 817589 it
is a know problen with XP O/S and Hyperthreading P4
computers running @ >=2.8 GH.

Aparently Microsoft has a fix but has not made it readily
available.

Can you help in finding out how to get the fix from
Microsoft?????

As noted in the KB you need to call Microsoft in order to obtain the fix.
