Help!
I installed a video game that changed my (Windows xp)
sound driver. (It added DirectX version 6... don't ask me
what it is.) The game sounded good. Everything else
sounded like a huge echo chamber. I uninstalled the
game. The computer still sounds like an echo chamber.
How do I put it back?

Getting a headache,
Edna

You may want to uninstall the software: Start /Control Panel/Add/Remove
Programs....remove the game. Restart your computer.

Still have problems? Try a System Restore to a time and date before you
installed the game: Start/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore...follow
the prompts and restore to a previous date/time. Restart your computer.

Regards,
