I installed Chinese and Japanese languages through the
Regional and Language Options. Somehow the language bar
was turned off. Now the computer still tells me that it
has these languages installed. I did everything to
activate the language bar under Regional and Language
Options. However, the language bar never appears on the
taskbar or desktop. Nor can I switch between English and
Chinese anymore. Thanks for any suggestions.
