runtime error

I have windows xp and every time I try to open a page, I
get error message " A runtime error has occurred. Do you
wish to debug". what can i do tosolve problem.

Control Panel
Internet Connection
Advanced tab
Under "Browsing":
> Check "Disable script debugging"
>Uncheck "Display a notification abot every script error"
