Quite an interesting Google on this error, but I couldn't find a
definitive answer. Probably you have something starting with Windows
that is either spyware or an old program. Go to Start>Run and type
"msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the Startup tab for the probably
culprit. If you need to look up items, go to this site:

http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm

To be on the safe side, you could scan your computer with spyware
removal tools such as Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to
update these programs before running them. It is best to run antivirus
and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. Of course you are running a
current antivirus, right?
