When I got to add/remove programs and then add/remove
windows components I get the error message:
"Setup library comsetup.dll could not be loaded, or
function OcEntry could not be found. Contact your system
administrator. The specific error code is 0x7e."
Please help, this is causing other problems as well, this
was just the best example I found.

Try running System File Checker to see if it will replace corrupt or damaged
files. You need your XP CD. Pop it into the drive and go to Start->Run and
enter the following. Note there is a space between SFC and /
SFC /SCANNOW
SFC will run for about 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately it does not tell you
what or if it replaced files. Reboot when finished.

This problem can be solved by editing a change in the sysoc.inf. This is
somewhat like a tweak.
