Some of the postings I view and most of the responses
generate a "not available" result after I've clicked on
them. I have my security settings a Medium Low, so I
can't figure out the problem. Any ideas?

Ike,
Once you setup Outlook Express to be your news reader, are you USING Outlook
Express to read the news or still using Internet Explorer?
According to this:
X-Newsreader: Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000
You are using the Web Page to post.
