Am creating screensavers using XP Home and notice that
many of the previously tack-sharp pro photog scanned .jpg
images look really "fuzzy" when displayed onscreen on
this new computer.

I am using 800x600 96dpi images and they USED to look
very sharp on a Win98 machine with the same monitor we
are using on the new XP computer, but they now look like
they are out of focus. Anyone with any ideas? Thanks!

You may need an updated driver for your monitor. Go to the websie of the
monitor manufacturer and download an XP-compatible driver for your model of
monitor.
