message during bootup

whenever i boot xp in the users screen i get the msg
executing wlnotify.dll. I want to know what does this
message means and how can i stop this message from popping up

You can try the following:

click start --run ---type sfc /scannow

If the problem persists, perform the following:

click start click run type msconfig and press enter.

Click Startup and click Disable all.

If the problem persists, perform:

Use the Expand option in the msconfig utility and expand the file
wlnotify.dll and place it in the c:\windows\system32 folder.
