Some programs automatically add a desktop icon, which is
nice. But when I click on those icons, I get this message:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.
You may not have appropriate permission to access the item.
The programs load fine by going through the normal Start
menu. But what's the point of a desktop shortcut if it
doesn't work?
Is there something I need to do in the Documents &
Settings for All Users?
