Hi Brian,

Turn off the setting to cache thumbnails (Folder Options) and then delete
the .db file.

It has additional 'metadata' that CD burning programs can't burn.
Usually they warn but allow the file itself to copy if you say OK. It
does not matter that much anyway - it is only the database of thumbnails
used to speed opening the folder in Thumbnail view
