wavy when scrolling

I just recently update my video driver and now it is wavy
when scrolling. I know there a way to adjust it but I
cannot seem to remember where it is. LOL Any suggestion
would be greatly appreciated.

Prob need to change your refresh rate. Right click on the desk top, then
properties, then settings, and the advanced button, then the monitor button.
You can change it to 75, prob on 60.

What Nick said, or turn off Smooth Scrolling.
