After boot of my PC it takes about a minute to logon to an account.

How many apps do you have loading in that User? Try turning some of them
off.

Check your Event Logs for an idea of what is going on.
(Reboot your machine, note the time that you do this so you can check the
logs from that time until the time you actually get logged in, START ->
Run and type in "eventvwr" (without quotes) and click OK. Look at each of
the logs for any information that might tell you what is going on.
