Old timer new to Windows

In August, I asked the question on this forum. Since I
have a laptop clone, I initially couldn`t find a valid
number for the manufacturer. Finally, I found the number
and got the information.
I thought I`d print it for the next guy. Here it is:
After connecting the S-video cable to the TV, etc, do the
following:
right click on screen-not on any icon
from option window select properties
click on settings tab
on bottom right click on advanced button
click on INTEL EXTREME GRAPHICS tab
on left hand side of screen click on 2 TV icon
click on apply button.
TV and LCD screen will both display the laptop screen
If you select on one TV icon, you may have problems:
I couldn`t read the tv screen and since the laptop
screen was blank, I couldn`t get back!
Maybe it`s my wide screen tv, but the TV screen is only
good for watching DVD movies.
