printer will not print

I have a dell 940 all in one which worked fined until a few days ago. Now I cannot print from any application including wordpad. It will still make color copies . I have checked the ink levels and they are fine. Many thanks to anyone who can help me wi
th this problem. The printer appears to be printing but a blank sheet comes out.

Could be a faulty black ink cartridge.

Or you can try uninstalling and reinstalling
