Two questions:
The other day I noticed that the picture thumbnails in
windows explore are all messed up. In other words, the
wrong incons are attached to to many of the files. Why is
this? How do I fix it?
Next, does Windows XP have a program similar to the old
ScanDisk that used to be in Windows 98 so that problem
files can be located and fixed. If so, how do I find and
operate it?

For some reason, I have never been able to figure out how
to use this forum, and, can never get back to my original
message. So, if you don't email your response, I may
never be able to find your good advice. (if you can tell
