Start Menu Mouse Right Button Problem?

My Mouse's Right button operates perfectly/normally in all istances
except in the 'Start' Menu i.e. In 'All Programs' I am unable to sort my
programs in name order or delete shortcut, rename shortcut etc
Any ideas..

Try this.

Right-click the Start button, and then click Properties.
On the Start Menu tab | Customize button | Advanced tab |
Check:
� Enable dragging and dropping
OK |Apply | OK
