Macromedia Flash Player

[H. E. Lape, CWO4\(F&S\) USCG \(RETIRED\)]

Have been trying to download Macromedia Flash all last week, no joy. Have
tried the Macromedia home page, tried the uninstaller then the installer,
will not install. Can't view any flash attachments all I get is a small box
with some red and blue things in it. Any help would sure be nice before I
go nuts trying to find out what I turned off. Thanks

Will try reloading XP, think it part of XP, and see if it comes back.
