I need to re-install XP on RAID haddrives. I installed a pirated copy
of XP and now can't install service pack 1 because of "invalid product
key". So I'll go buy XP and start over. How do I re-install it? Do I
reset the RAID volumes or delete the volumes or what?

Well, that is completely up to you.

I suppose what you are saaying is that you have ONLY the RAID array (no
stand-alone drive for boot) and you are going to have to install on it?

Essentially, it's likely a hardware RAID. Other than needing (possibly) the
SATA driver when you start to install the OS (pressing F6 to install it from
floppy), you can pretty much treat the drive as one large drive from that
point on.
