While attempting to copy user account folders from one XP
computer to another, I found out the hard way that you
can't just copy the folders over and have them function;
after deleting the folders and emptying the Recycle Bin I
realized that I had deleted the "All Users" folder along
with them - now, any new user account I create gets an
error message and loads a default user file - which
doesn't allow any customization of the desktop, etc.
which would allow me to keep the file as a full user
account.
How can I restore all of the default account files short
of reinstalling the OS?
