Is there any way to prevent a limited user from accessing and changing the
registry? I tried to find the appropriate menu from gpedit, but couldn't
locate it.
Should a limited user be allowed to change the registry by the default XP
settings?

By default, the Limited user can only modify registery entries that apply to
his own account.
