Disable some event logs

There're a lot of "Info" event logs like:
"The XXX service was successfully sent a start control."
Event ID is 7035
or
"The XXX service entered the running state."
Event ID is 7036
The Soucre of all events is SCM.
Can I disable these events?

The Event Viewer is a report tool. Many events that it gives details about
are normal for your system. You will also see some warnings and errors
(hopefully not many) which contain information that can be useful if you are
troubleshooting a problem. It's a good idea to browse through this tool once
in a while and become somewhat familiar with what is "normal" for your
setup.

Services : Most of these are necessary and support basic fundamental
operations of the operating system. A few will have been added by software
or hardware you've installed. Tread lightly before disabling any services.
If you use Start> Run> MSCONFIG, the service tab will display a list of
services. Check the box to hide the Microsoft services and the remaining
items are the ones that were added. They're not a part of Windows but
whether or not they are necessary needs to be judged on a one-by-one basis.
