HELP!!!!!!!!! Brand New Printer does not print . Model hp deskjet 3320

Did you load the software through Add/Remove Programs....did you use the CD
that came with the printer or did you rely on the "New Hardware Wizard"
????? ( I shudder when I type the word "Wizard")
