Hi Peter,
Depends on your resources.
Best (easiest) way is to network them together and simply drag & drop them
across the connection.
Otherwise, copy to floppy or CD and move them that way.

Assuming your machines are networked you can use Briefcase which is part of
XP. For an explanation of its features etc open My Briefcase and select
Help-Help and Support Center.
