Hi Try this go to Start/all programs/accessories/system
tools/system restore
system restore is a utility that can restore all system
and program settings back to those that were in effect at
a certain point of time.
these are known as restore points and one is created
avery day or whenever a singnifcant change is mad to your
pc like adding new programs or peripherals
you can creat your own restore point at any time useing
system restore will not affect your personal files like
word,picture files,emails or spreadsheets
System restore dose not backup your porsonal files
