I am trying to play a video and I keep getting a error message C00D11CD, what can I do.

i have this problem with Mp3 too! and i can't select, delete or move any files in WMP!!!!
I have try to change codec: Nothing effect!
And to find help in Microsoft: Good luck!!!!! (F***king company!!!!!)

If you are looking here from help from Microsoft you are in the wrong stop.
This is not Microsoft Support, it's a peer support group.

How did you try to "change codec's"?

do i need the right codec? where can i dl it for free?
