debugging a JScript error

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to debug a JScript error? I keep
getting this message that tells me it's a runtime error
but I don't know how to fix it.

You can't fix it if you weren't the one that created the website. This
is a feature for Java programmers to test and fix their sites on their
machines before posting it to the public.

The Unkown P. post directions on how to turn off this feature on your
machine.
