Halting Printing

Settings-->Printer and right click on your default
printer.

If you have a job waiting in the queue, right clicking
the item showing brings up the option to cancel.

If your job has started printing, doing as above may
cause that portion of the print job not already sent to
the printer buffer to be cancelled.

Be advised that the second situation may mean you'll see
a page partially printed in your output; further, some
printers will require you to shut them off and start them
up again to truly clear their buffer.

Hi
The only way I have found to stop a print job is to shut off the printer. Once that is done, click on start, control, printers & faxes. This will bring up a dialog box with the printer content. Highlight the item you wish to delete, click on delete th
en wait until the information in the que disapears and restart your printer.
