Customize Dictionary

How do I remove words from the standard dictionary. For
example, nay (for any), form (for from), os (for of), off
(for of), ect are spelled correctly, but I often spell
them by accident for the word in parenthesis. I need to
make sure it is the correct word before completing my
docs.
