automatic update missing

Hi!

Can l have a strange question please?

l had installed a fresh XP .Than activated and went on
windows update.i had successfully updated everything, but
when l wanted to set automatic update in control panel
have b realise that it dissapear!!!! I mean automatic
update is not in con traip an el, however lam 100% sure it
was there before the update.

Could somebody helpme please?

Right click on My Computer and select properties. Flip to the Automatic
updates tab.
